What is the best way for me to know when your schedule opens up for commission work?

What payment method do you accept for custom orders?
I only accept PayPal.

Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide to these countries-- however according to USPS, shipping services to some countries outside of the US have been suspended. I urge you to please check the USPS website on international shipping for further information.
How long does it take to complete a grip order before being shipped?
Custom projects differ based on the customer’s requests in design. A grip may take up to one or two weeks to complete before being shipped out. I will reach out to you via email with a package tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If the item you receive is defective, you have up to 14 days from the purchase date to return it. To return your item, you must contact me prior to shipping the item back (must provide order number). You will be responsible in paying for your own return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of the approval of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

What is a “persona patch” design?
Take a look at the top three designs under my Patches page, and you’ll see examples of custom persona patch designs. A persona patch design is created with you in mind— from what you wear, what you play with, what your gear looks like, and even your play style. Upon starting a commission project for a persona patch, clear+high resolution pictures of you in your gear, your marker, callsign, and any other little details (the more the better) are crucial in creating the perfect patch of you!

What is your price range on custom patches and grips?
It varies from project to project, as some designs may be more complex than others. On average, a design takes 2 weeks. The prices below for "boosted" designs are NOT final— they are starting price estimates for commission work (shipping rates not included on grips).
